The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) issues a noticed with increase in electricity price 2 Rs per unit.
According to NEPRA the decision was made to increase prices of electricity from November 2019 but due to pandemic the notification get delayed .
In August consumers will be charged with extra Rs1.16 per unit and in September, consumers will pay extra Rs0.90 per unit.
