All cabinet members are required to create three- to six-month working plans for their assigned ministries, according to acting Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar.
Every ministry or division is required to provide the PM secretariat with a working plan, and the prime minister will receive briefings from the appropriate federal ministers, advisers, or special assistants after examining the plan.

The number of members of the caretaker government has increased to 26 with the addition of Fawad Hasan Fawad. The cabinet consists of 18 federal ministers, including Fawad, as well as three advisers and five special staff members to the prime minister.
According to sources, the caretaker cabinet ministers have all received instructions from the PM office to create working schedules for respective departments.
