ISLAMABAD / ANKARA: President Recep Tayyip Erdogan assured Turkey ‘s government of full support for the Islamabad stance on Kashmir, ARY News announced on Saturday
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan phoned President Dr Arif Alvi where they exchanged greetings on the festival Eidul Azha.
President Alvi told his Turkish counterpart that Eidul Azha is being celebrated worldwide in the face of numerous challenges, including the pandemic of coronavirus. He commended Turkey’s role in fighting the pandemic globally.
Alvi also highlighted the deteriorating situation of Kashmiris in the occupied Indian Jammu and Kashmir (IOJK) and problems for the Muslims living their lives in India amid extreme fear.
