Another change has been made in the ICC T20 World Cup squad where Sohaib Malik has been included in the 15-member squad in place of Sohaib Maqsood.
Sohaib Maqsood will not travel to the UAE with the team due to a back injury. He suffered a back injury during the National T20 tournament.
PCB Chief Medical Officer Dr. Najeeb and Physio Cliff Deacon examined Sohaib Maqsood’s injury.
On the other hand, the national squad was allowed to train, the report of the arrival corona test of all the members of the squad also came negative.
The training will begin on Sunday at the National High-Performance Center. The training sessions of the national squad will be held on Monday and Tuesday at LCC Ground, Lahore.
The Pakistan team will also play a scenario match at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore on October 14 and will leave for the UAE on October 15 to participate in the mega event.
