If there is one thing we hate to do when we go out, it is queuing. It’s an arduous task and requires patience. But what if I told you it could earn you money. Yes, just queuing up!
Believe it or not, one man has made a profession of it. Freddie Beckitt, who is a professional queuer, simply earns his money by standing in line for rich people who don’t want to – and he’s making quite a bit. Beckett normally charges £20 an hour to stand in line for other people, and he says it comes naturally to him as he is from London, and has to queue “down to a fine art”.
On a good day, the 31-year-old can earn up to £160 (Rs 35, 000) a day, and has been doing the job for the last three years alongside his career as a historical fiction writer, The Sun reported.
