YouTube, the world’s largest video-sharing website, has taken down the official Youtube channel of Islamic scholar Dr. Israr Ahmed amid allegations of anti-Semitic remarks.
However, followers of Dr. Israr Ahmed, an Islamic scholar, expressed displeasure with the initiative, claiming that he was a great scholar of Islam who never preached violence and urged his followers to get an education and learn modern technology.
Dr. Israr Ahmed’s channel had nearly three million subscribers, and his lectures were well-received.
