The Embassy of Japan in Pakistan has announced the MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology) Teachers’ Training Scholarship 2025. This opportunity is open to Pakistani teachers with a minimum of five years of teaching experience in primary or secondary schools, whether in public or private institutions.

The program, designed for educators aged 35 or younger, aims to enhance teaching methodologies and professional development by allowing participants to research school education and learn innovative techniques from Japanese experts.

Each year, MEXT offers these scholarships to international teachers under the Japanese Government Scholarship program. The non-degree training course spans up to 18 months, during which participants will conduct research at designated educational institutions in Japan. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate from the host university.
