Zimbabwe set a target of 204 in 50 overs, which Pakistan completed at a loss of 4 wickets. Pakistan achieved the target in 35.2 overs.
On the other hand, Babar Azam hit a brilliant six on the winning shot. Pakistani off-spinner Iftikhar Ahmed was declared man of the match. Iftikhar Ahmed dismissed five Zimbabwean players.
Earlier, in the second match of the three-match ODI series between Pakistan and Zimbabwe, Zimbabwe won the toss and elected to bat first against the national team. Brian Chari and Chamu Chibhabha started the innings.
However, the two openers did not perform well and returned to the pavilion for only 59 runs, but later Brendon Taylor and Sean Williams took the team and the score forward.
While, Sean Williams was bowled out for 75 by Iftikhar Ahmed, after which no Zimbabwean could stand in front of Pakistani bowling for long, and the entire team was bowled out for 206 in just 45.1 overs.
