Salt Bae is due to open his first restaurant in the UK, with a new site for his Nusr-Et Steakouse chain coming to London ‘soon’.
The viral chef, whose real name is Nusret Gökçe, rose to fame with his trademark flair, having been videoed seasoning a gigantic ‘Ottoman Steak’ by sprinkling salt down his forearm.
According to The I newspaper, the new restaurant will launch at the Park Tower in Knightsbridge on 17 May and will become Gökçe’s 13th – joining others in Turkey, Dubai, and the United States.
