Irfan Mehsud, a martial artist, added another feather to his cap when he set a new Guinness World Record for the most push-ups in one minute while carrying a 100lb pack.
Irfan has successfully managed 55 push-ups in a single-minute drive that defeated the previous record of 49 push-ups reached in La Marina, Alicante, Spain on 11 September 2020, by Alejandro Soler Tarí (Spain).
Irfan has a master’s degree in sports sciences as well as a master’s degree in finance. He is a fitness record-breaker who has already broken the records of athletes from India, the United States, Iraq, the United Kingdom, the Philippines, Italy, and other countries.
With his outstanding performances, Irfan has snatched 13 World Guinness World Records from Indian athletes. On the other hand, Irfan in Dera Ismail Khan achieved 58 push-ups in one minute while carrying an 80Ib pack on November 24, 2020.
