Another important development has taken place in the relations between Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
The two countries announced the resumption of flights after three and a half years, with flights between Doha and Riyadh starting today.
Just a few days ago, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Egypt re-established relations with Qatar.
In June 2017, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates severed ties by imposing land, sea, and air sanctions on Qatar, accusing it of supporting terrorists.
Qatar, on the other hand, vehemently denied the allegations, calling them baseless.
