In the video, the official can be seen brazenly taking foreign currency from the passenger and the other colleagues are quietly watching.
In the video, the ANF official is brazenly demanding water from the passenger. The official politely offers the passenger that if he wants to take it, he will do a favor.
The ANF official asks the passenger how much to pay. In response, the passenger gives two foreign currency notes to the ANF official. One officer can be seen sitting on the seat and another standing silently.
ANF officials were sought for a statement on the video but were not available.
