Asaduddin Owaisi, head of All India Ittihad-e-Muslimeen, has been targeted to assassinate.
According to Indian media reports, Asaduddin Owaisi was attacked on his way back from an election rally at Kathar in Meerut.
He told Indian media that while I was returning from Meerut to New Delhi, two armed men opened fire on my car near Chhajrasi Toll Plaza.
He also said that there were 3 or 4 attackers in total and most probably BJP is behind this attack.
Asaduddin Owaisi said that due to the firing, the tires of my car got punctured and I came back from there in another car.
