#IranianConspiracyExposed has become a top trend on Twitter in Pakistan after the Pakistani government has shut down six unregistered, Iranian-funded schools in Quetta.
The concerned authorities have sealed the unregistered private schools in Quetta allegedly being involved in creating sectarianism in Pakistan.
According to the district administration, the schools which were shut down were teaching international curricula without being registered with the Private Schools Regulatory Authority, which is not allowed in Pakistan.
A senior official of the district administration without disclosing his name said that some questionable religious material” was being taught at the schools which led to the action and closer of six Iranian schools in Hazara Town,” an area on the outskirts of Quetta that is predominantly populated by members of the Shi’ite Hazara minority.
The officials also claimed that the schools also received funds from Iran, as well as tuition fees from the students.
Meanwhile, after the closure of schools, a campaign on Twitter is started against Iran in Pakistan and many among the Twitter users called Iran the real enemy of Pakistan which they think is a real threat to the peace of Pakistan and especially Baluchistan.
It must be noted that over 25 thousand Twitter users in Pakistan have so for twitted on the issue. Many on Twitter also termed it as a failure of the Pakistan government and its spy agencies.
