The couple, Khola and Qasim, were seen embracing and walking together against the backdrop of the colorful blue and red containers blocking key routes in the capital.
The bride wore an elegant silver-white traditional maxi dress, while the groom complemented her in a sharp grey suit. The unconventional shoot was captured by an Islamabad-based photographer, who shared the images on social media. The photos quickly garnered mixed reactions online. The photographer’s Instagram caption highlighted the paralyzed state of Islamabad due to the protests, which have led to school closures and restricted movement across the city.
