Shaheen Shah and M Rizwan nominated for ICC Player of the Year award

Mohammad Rizwan and Shaheen Shah Afridi have been nominated for the Sir Garfield Sobers Trophy as ICC Players of the Year in 2021.

England’s Joe Root and New Zealand’s Kane Williamson will compete for the renowned ICC award alongside Rizwan and Shaheen Afridi.
