Taliban spokesman Muhammad Naeem said a nine-member Taliban delegation led by Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar is on a two-day visit to China.
A Taliban spokesman said that a nine-member Taliban delegation arrived in China yesterday. The Taliban delegation met with the Chinese Foreign Minister. The current situation in Afghanistan and the peace process were discussed during the meeting.
The Taliban assured the Chinese foreign minister that it would not be used against the security of any country in Afghanistan.
On the other hand, China assured not to interfere in Afghan affairs and to cooperate in peace efforts.
