Thousands killed in US airstrikes in the Middle East
According to the foreign news agency, secret documents of the Pentagon have revealed that the US air operations in the Middle East were full of flawed intelligence.
According to the American newspaper, thousands of civilians, including children, were killed in the operations based on false information, but no action was taken against those responsible.
On the other hand, after the report came to light, the spokesman of US Central Command, Capt. Bill Urban, while acknowledging his shortcomings, said that he was ashamed of the loss of innocent civilians and was trying to learn from the mistakes.
