Sao Paulo: The young man who wrote himself thief and fool on his forehead in Brazil has been arrested for the fourth time after an incident a few days ago.
His name is Ruan Rocha Da Silva, and he has a tattoo on his forehead that reads ‘I am a thief and a fool.’ In June 2017, he committed a burglary and was arrested after which the phrase was written on his forehead. In this incident, Rowan had stolen a bicycle.
Although the tattoo prints are still somewhat faded, one can read on closer inspection that they are in the Brazilian language. Some people say that after the failure of the theft, Roan was written as a thief on his forehead. Ruan said that the two tattooists forced him to sit down and wrote “thief” and “fool” on his forehead. However, the police also arrested the tattoo artists. Because the artists were making fun of him while doing the tattoo and his video went viral.
