The Pakistan women’s cricket team will compete in the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, which will take place from July 28 to August 8, 2021, and the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, China, from September 10 to 25.
Mrs. Tania Malik, Pakistan Cricket Board’s Head of Women’s Cricket, managed to meet with Muhammad Khalid Mahmood, Pakistan Olympic Association’s Secretary-General, at the Olympic House in Lahore to discuss the plans for women cricketers’ participation in these events.
It was agreed that both organizations would maintain constant communication to ensure that arrangements were made following the Organizing Committee’s criteria.
