The Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) Impose a ban on Co-education in BS (Hons) degree courses in private colleges across the province.
It has directed that all private colleges comply with the most recent directive. It has also threatened to suspend their registration if they violate the order.
The PHEC has directed all private colleges affiliated with various universities to make the necessary arrangements for separating classes of boys and girls enrolled in BS (Hons) degree courses.
It has also set February 28 as the deadline for all such institutes to submit an affidavit guaranteeing that male and female students will be educated on separate campuses.
