The Arab League has refused to condemn the agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates. Palestine presented a resolution in the Arab League meeting condemning Israel and the United Arab Emirates’ agreement, but the Arab countries refused to accept the resolution.
Addressing a video conference of foreign ministers, UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Anwar Qarqash said that the UAE’s decision to establish relations with Israel was based on sovereignty and not on any other party.
