Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar has approved the new contract of Lahore Metro Bus. Usman Bazdar wrote in a tweet that today we have approved the new contract of Lahore Metro Bus at Rs(304) per kilometer. If the agreement remains the same made in 2012, which cost was (368) per kilometer, and according to the dollar rate inflation rate in 8 years, the price would have been Rs (532).

Expressing happiness, Usman Bazdar wrote that this achievement is the result of the transparent and merit-based policies of our government. Under this agreement, the new buses will also be environmentally friendly and have better technology, which will protect Lahore’s environment. Our efforts will be further strengthened.
