Donald Trump's U-turn: Hints at approving the tik-tok deal.

US President Donald Trump has once again taken the u-turn and hinted that the Chinese mobile application TikTok would agree with US companies. According to the details, US President Donald Trump, taking a U-turn from his statement while talking to the media yesterday, said that he would be happy to approve the agreement reached between Chinese and US companies.

He said Tik Tok, Oracle, and Wal-Mart would jointly form a new agency in the US state of Texas that would oversee TickTalk in the United States. Twenty-five thousand unemployed people in the United States will get jobs, and the new organization will also provide five billion dollars for education in the United States.

It may be recalled that a few days ago, the Chinese company Tik Tok had agreed to work with the American company Oracle in the United States, according to which they will form a new company that will look after the arrangements of Tik Tok in the United States. The agreement also includes Wal-Mart, which will jointly form a new entity.

According to details of a proposed agreement between Tik Tok and US companies Oracle and Wal-Mart, 80 percent of Tik Tok Global’s shares will be owned by Chinese company Byte Dance, which owns Tik Tok, while Oracle and Wal-Mart Will own 20% of Tik Tok shares in the United States.

It is believed that the US President three days ago stated that he would reject the agreement between Tik Tok and the US company Oracle and would not sign any of the agreements between the two, because the agreement reached between the two is not in line with the US national security.
