Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Amir Liaquat along with his wife Toba Amir has succumbed to the covid. Singer Jawad Ahmed and model Sahifa Jabbar also fell victim to Covid.
Now this epidemic has also affected Amir Liaquat and Toba Amir. Aamir Liaquat tweeted on the social networking site Twitter that his wife Toba Amir’s tested positive for covid-19. Aamir Liaqat said that he has quarantined himself at home.
He said “Today is the second day we have suffered from covid-19. We are using cinnamon, ginger, garlic, cloves, and pepper for treatment,”
Amir Liaquat also shared a verse from the Qur’an which translates as “And when I am sick, He is the One who heals me.”
It may be recalled that during the last 24 hours, the highest number of deaths was reported in a single day in the last 24 hours, 1,302 new cases were reported.
In the last 24 hours, 32,376 tests for corona were carried out across the country, in which 1,302 people were confirmed to be infected with the covid.
While 26 more died from the virus, according to the official website Covid Statistics Pakistan on Thursday. According to the official portal, this is the highest number of deaths from Covid in a single day after three months in the country. Earlier, on July 31, 27 people died from Covid in a single day in Pakistan.
