Well-known TV anchor Amir Liaquat Hussain’s first wife Bushra Iqbal has confirmed the divorce. According to the details, in his message on the social networking website Instagram, Bushra Iqbal said that I think this is the time to explain my relationship with my ex-husband Amir Liaquat Hussain, who has divorced me.
She said, “It’s one thing to divorce me, but it was very painful and traumatic for me and the children to take Tuba on call and do so at her request,”. Bushra Iqbal further said that I leave my case to Allah.

It may be recalled that two years ago, PTI Assembly member, religious scholar, and well-known anchorperson Dr. Amir Liaquat Hussain had remarried to a woman named Tuba Syed, after which his marriage was widely reported in the media. Later in two to three programs, Dr. Amir Liaquat Hussain participated along with his second wife Tuba Syed, whose video clips went viral on social media.
During a program, host Sanam Baloch and Dr. Amir Liaquat Hussain himself talked about his first wife Bushra and tried to defame her, which drew strong criticism. Dr. Amir Liaquat Hussain had accused his first wife Bushra of receiving so-called religious education and said that she had never studied religion. Dr. Amir Liaquat Hussain recited a hadith and justified remarriage, and he said that second marriage always comes true. Dua Amir, daughter of Dr. Amir Liaquat Hussain, had also reacted to the second marriage.
