Jhang, accused of abusing a matriculation student, continued to blackmail by making videos. Eight months ago in Jhang, an accused named Sajid along with his friend, raped a matriculation student. The accused Sajid was a neighbor of the victim. The accused made a video and threatened the victim that if she told anyone, the video Will go viral and kill this girl too.
According to the victim’s statement, Sajid is her neighbor, and she was accompanied by another accomplice Aman. Both the accused forcibly entered her house and made a video after which they threatened to make the video viral and kill her.
Police have registered a case at the request of the victim’s father, but the accused could not be arrested. According to police, the accused are on interim bail.
According to DPO Jhang Sarfraz Khan Wirk, the FIR was registered on October 6, which includes provisions on rape. Still, the accused are out on bail, so they cannot be arrested whether any further provisions should be added to the lawsuit.
On the other hand, the father of the plaintiff, the student, has appealed to the Punjab Chief Minister to take notice of the incident and ensure justice.
