Significant progress has been made in the investigation of the assets of JUI-F Amir Maulana Fazlur Rehman. The NAB has obtained preliminary information about the assets.
According to details, NAB has started an investigation against Maulana Fazlur Rehman in assets over income. His close associate Musa Khan was also arrested by NAB a few days ago. On the other hand, significant progress has been made in the investigation of the assets of Maulana Fazlur Rehman. Fazlur Rehman owns hundreds of kanals of land in Dera Ismail Khan, while in F-8 includes markets and Bangla in Islamabad, Peshawar, Karachi, and Quetta.
While Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s assets include Chak Shehzad land worth Rs 3 billion in Islamabad which was recently sold, it should be noted that a few years ago, Ansar Abbasi accused Maulana Fazlur Rehman of allotting government land in Dera Ismail Khan to his name. Ansar Abbasi alleged that Maulana Fazlur Rehman and his six close associates were given 1200 kanals of Dera Ismail Khan. The army allotted it.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman and his associates kept denying, but Ansar Abbasi had challenged them to take him to court, there would be milk and water, but no JUI-F leader went to court against Ansar Abbasi.
