The Central Superior Services (CSS) results were released on Thursday, and only 1.96 percent of the candidates who took the exam passed. Dr. Sana Ramchand Gulwani, a Shikarpur student, was the first Hindu girl to pass the exam in the 73 years since independence.

Dr. Sana Ramchand would be the first female Hindu to be selected for the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), also known as the District Management Group (DMG). Dr. Sana is selected for the Pakistan Administrative Service after passing the Central Superior Services (CSS) exams in 2020 and passing her interview. She will be the first Hindu Assistant Commissioner to be a woman. Dr. Sana is from the village of Chak in the Shikarpur district and worked as an RMO at SIUT Karachi after completing her MBBS.

According to many activists from the Hindu community, Dr. Gulwani is the first Pakistani woman from the community to have passed this exam since the partition.
