The second wave of the covid-19 virus has further disturbed the citizens. In the last 24 hours, 37 people have died of the covid-19 virus while 2208 new cases have been reported across the country. According to the details, the number of confirmed cases of Covid in Pakistan has reached 363,380. According to the latest figures from the National Command and Operations Center, 2,208 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours. 111,626 in Punjab, 157,432 in Sindh, 42,815 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and 16 in Balochistan. While 529, 4,467 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 24,871 in Islamabad, and 5,640 in Azad Kashmir.

So far 5 million 18 thousand 483 people have been tested across the country. 38 thousand 544 new tests have been done in the last 24 hours. So far 325 thousand 788 patients have recovered while the condition of 1 thousand 551 patients is critical.

According to statistics, 2,509 patients lost their lives in Punjab, 2,760 in Sindh. 1,318 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 263 in Islamabad, 156 in Balochistan, 93 in Gilgit-Baltistan, and 131 in Azad Kashmir.

It may be recalled that because of the second wave of global epidemic Covid-19, ceremonies have been banned in wedding halls across the country. Covid cases quadrupled throughout, Prime Minister Imran Khan once again appealed to the nation to use masks and said that we had ended rallies and processions all over the country.
