The Federal Board of Revenue announces on Tuesday an extension in working hours of its offices to facilitate income tax filer.
According to a statement released by Tax authorities, the appropriate offices will remain open to 12 midnight on September 29 (Wednesday) and September 30 (Thursday).
It must be noted that the FBR digital service for those desiring to file returns online has been experienced server issues, causing people a lot of difficulties.
The Pakistan Tax Bar Association has demanded that the deadline for filing income tax returns be postponed.
The deadline for filing tax returns is September 30th, and the FBR has refused to extend the deadline.
