Justice Waqar Seth was born on March 16, 1961, in DI Khan, matriculated from Kent Public School Peshawar in 1977. He has done B.Sc from Islamia College Peshawar in 1981, obtained LLB degree from Khyber Law College in 1985, in 1986. He did his Masters in Political Science from the University of Peshawar.
He began his practice in the Lower Courts in 1985 and began his professional career in the High Court in 1990.
He started practicing law in the Supreme Court in May 2008. Where he was appointed as an Additional Judge in 2011? During that time, he was a Banking Judge and Company Judge in the Peshawar High Court and a member of the Subordinate Judicial Service Tribunal, Peshawar.
