Google Wallet is now available in Pakistan, offering users a simple way to store payment cards, loyalty cards, and boarding passes. The app, available on the Google Play Store, allows users to make online, in-app, and contactless payments.
Farhan Qureshi, Google Pakistan’s Country Director, said the launch will make payments safer and more efficient, whether shopping in stores, checking out online, or traveling.

The launch reflects the increasing adoption of digital financial services in Pakistan as more consumers and businesses transition toward cashless transactions.
How to Use Google Wallet in Pakistan
- Download the App – Get Google Wallet from the Play Store.
- Add a Card – If you have a linked credit or debit card, it will appear automatically. Otherwise, tap “Add a card” to enter details.
- Verify & Use – Complete the verification process, and your card will be ready for contactless payments.

Google Wallet currently supports cards from:
- Bank AlFalah (Visa, Mastercard)
- Bank of Punjab (Mastercard)
- Faysal Bank Noor (Mastercard)
- HBL (Visa, Mastercard)
- JazzCash (Mastercard)
- Meezan Bank (Visa, Mastercard)
- UBL (Visa, Mastercard)
Shopping & Travel Integration
Soon, Google Wallet will work with major Pakistani retailers like Onic, Gul Ahmed, Sana Safinaz, J., and KE through PayFast. Users can also store boarding passes from airlines like Batik Air and Thai Airways. With Safepay integration, more businesses will accept contactless payments, making digital transactions easier across Pakistan.
