Zhao Yongpo, General Manager of the Haval brand, recently shared an official image of the new Haval H7 on social media. The vehicle, which completed its application with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China last October, is believed to be a remodeled version of the Haval Xiaolong MAX (Max PHEV Hi4).
The new Haval H7 features the brand’s latest design language, with a sleek, streamlined front end and a full-width lighting system. The Haval logo is integrated into the lighting elements, lending the car a futuristic and stylish appearance. The side view showcases dynamic multi-spoke wheels and black window frames, emphasizing a sense of motion.
In terms of size, the Haval H7 measures 4780mm in length, 1895mm in width, and 1725mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2810mm. The rear design maintains a minimalist style and features full-width taillights that complement the front headlights.
In terms of power, the new Haval H7’s application information reveals that it will be equipped with a plug-in hybrid electric system. This system consists of a 1.5-liter engine and an electric motor, with the engine’s maximum power being 85 kilowatts. Regarding the battery, the new car features a lithium iron phosphate battery pack.
Previously, Zhao Yongpo revealed on his social media that the “major upgrade” version of the new Haval Xiaolong MAX will be released in 2025. Therefore, it is speculated that the new Haval H7 is the remodeled Xiaolong MAX.
