Punjab Education Minister Dr. Murad Rass inaugurated the e-license system for online registration of private schools in the province. According to details, Punjab Education Minister Dr. Murad Rass said, that there are more than 60,000 private schools in the province due to which the creation of a system for these schools was of utmost importance, the first in history by our government. Once such a system was introduced.
On the other hand, the school education department has issued a notification of the closure of educational institutions. Private and government schools, tuition centers, academies, and madrassas will also remain closed.
According to the notification, all schools will be closed from November 26 to December 24, tuition centers, academies, madrassas will be closed as well as autonomous institutions under the Department of School Education will remain closed. It was informed that the notification was issued in the light of the instructions of the NCOC, while there will be a separate notification regarding teachers and online education.
Earlier, the Federal government announced the closure of all educational institutions from November 26. There will be winter vacations across the country from December 25 to January 10
Federal Minister Shafqat Mahmood in a press conference said that In Islamabad from November Children will study at home, there will be winter holidays from December 25 to January 10, children will not come to educational institutions, children will continue education at home, on January 11 all educational institutions will reopen.
Shafqat Mehmood further said that home learning will continue from November 26 to December 24, online classes can be taken from all educational institutions of Pakistan from November 26, schools, colleges, universities, tuition centers will all be closed, January 11. The Covid-19 epidemic situation will be reviewed before the reopening of educational institutions.
