India has another 75,800 coronavirus cases

According to Indian media, India has registered 75,829 confirmed coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, and the number of total fatalities reached up to 100,000. The Indian health ministry said on Sunday that at least 101,782 people have died of COVID-19.
India is still registering the highest number of daily corona cases globally.

The schools and educational institutions are closed in India till 31 October. However, the government has decided to reopen cinemas and entertainment parks with limited capacity beginning 15 October, just to revive the economy. Health experts warned the government that reopening of parks and cinemas would increase virus spread during the upcoming religious festival and winter season.
