In the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh, a few days before the wedding, the bridegroom’s corona test came back positive, but the marriage did not stop. The bride and groom and their families attended the ceremony wearing protective clothing.
The groom’s corona test was positive on April 19 before the wedding on April 26 in the town of Ratlam in Madhya Pradesh.
However, the bride and groom did not postpone the ceremony but sought permission from the authorities to hold the wedding with complete SOPs.
After getting permission, the bride and groom and other people also wore protective clothes and took all precautionary measures, and performed the wedding rituals.
