According to the report of the Hanley Passport Index, the passport of Japan has once again been declared as the most powerful passport in the world, while the passport of Pakistan has been declared as one of the 4 worst passports in the world. Pakistani passports were found to be better than passports from Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan alone. Passports from countries like Yemen and North Korea are also found to be better than Pakistani passports.

According to the ranking, Pakistani passport has been given the number 107. It has been stated that the passport ranking of any country is determined by the number of countries in which the holders of this passport can enter the country without a visa. Holders of Pakistani passports are currently allowed to enter 32 countries without a visa. Holders of Japanese visas are allowed to enter 191 countries of the world without a visa.

After Japan, Singapore’s passport is the second-best in the world and South Korea’s and Germany’s passports are jointly the third-best in the world. Singapore passport holders can enter 190 countries of the world while South Korean and German passport holders can enter 189 countries of the world without a visa.
