The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has captured a notorious human trafficker, Amjad Ali, who had been on the Red Book’s most-wanted list for 17 years. The arrest took place at Islamabad Airport, as reported.
Hailing from Gujjar Khan, Amjad Ali is accused of serious crimes, including human smuggling and visa fraud. The Anti-Human Trafficking Circle in Rawalpindi initially filed a case against him in 2007.
Amjad Ali fled the country after committing visa fraud, landing him on the Red Book’s list of most-wanted traffickers. His inclusion in the stop list ultimately led to his apprehension at the airport.
Following his arrest, Ali was handed over to the Anti-Human Trafficking Circle in Rawalpindi for further legal action.
