According to details, the judicial inquiry report of Osama Satti murder case conducted by Additional Deputy Commissioner Rana Muhammad Waqas has been submitted to the Interior Ministry, in which five ATS personnel have been found responsible for the murder.
According to the report, the concerned SP and DSP have shown irresponsibility. Action should also be taken against both the officers while the accused should be prosecuted under the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997. The report said that ATS Commandos Deployment should be based on performance, ATS personnel should not be allowed to work with forces, personnel should not be hired without SP approval, while IG should take steps to improve wireless systems.
