In an interview with an Israeli newspaper, John Brennan said that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu took a different turn in Israeli politics. Netanyahu is not a person of principle or morality, but a very clever and opportunistic politician.
John Brennan said that if Netanyahu had seen his interest in a two-state solution to Palestine, he would have done so by now. Netanyahu also planned Israeli resettlement to gain the support of Israel’s right-wing group and used the plan to establish ties with the UAE and Bahrain.
John Brennan said the killing of Osama bin Laden was a US operation, but that the operation also involved Israeli intelligence.
