In Islamabad, Prime Minister Imran Khan launched the Ehsaas School Stipend program for needy families across the country.
Speaking at the event, he stated that one of the most essential aspects of this initiative is that it will assist in bringing out of school youngsters, particularly girls, to educational institutions. He regretted that in the past, no attention was paid to the promotion of education, which is why almost twenty million children are out of school today.
PM Imran praised the Ehsaas School Stipend Program for keeping the stipend for female students higher, emphasizing the importance of females’ education in uplifting society. He claims that using technology will assist ensure that the stipend program is transparent and that no fraudulent entries are made.
Imran Khan stated that it is the government’s job to provide assistance and create schools in regions where children can access them.
