The decision regarding the appointment of the new army chief will be taken in London with the advice of Nawaz Sharif.
According to the details, while holding a press conference in Gujranwala, Federal Minister for Energy Khurram Dastgir criticized former Prime Minister Imran Khan without naming him and said that they can hold as many meetings as they want, and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will take the final decision and said that the new Army Chief Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will take a decision regarding the appointment of former Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif in Britain. If Imran Khan wants the welfare of the people, then he should go to Khairpur Nathan Shah.
The Federal Minister of Energy said that efforts are being made to provide electricity in Sindh and Balochistan, Dadu grid station was threatened by floods, but all possible measures are being taken to protect it. The electricity system affected by the flood has been fully restored while a camp has also been established for the flood victims.
He said that a clarification has been issued by Nepra that there is no change in net metering and Nepra cooperates with the government, arrangements are being made for 10 thousand solar panels which have nothing to do with net metering. The first solar power plant of 600 MW will be commissioned soon.
