A huge amount of Rs 59 million in the budget for the Fiscal Year 2021-22 has been proposed for the perks and annual salaries of the Advisors to Prime Minister and Special Assistants to Prime Minister (SAPM).
According to the official documents of the budget, a total of Rs 30 million has been proposed for the perks and annual salaries of the advisors and Rs 29 million has been proposed for the annual salaries of SAMPs.
Prime Minister Imran Khan government has always been under criticism for his dozens of Special Assistants and Advisors around him. Meanwhile, there has always been a war of words between the electable and non-electable in the PTI.
