Reporters Without Borders (RSF), an international organization of journalists, has filed a criminal case against Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in a German court following a report by a US investigative agency on the murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

Secretary-General RSF Christoph Delaire says action should be taken on the murder of German prosecutor Jamal Khashoggi because no one should go beyond international law.

The case, filed by the RSF, states that the Saudi Crown Prince’s actions are based on crimes against humanity.

It may be recalled that a few days ago, after a two-year investigation by the CIA, a report came out which claimed that US intelligence had reached the conclusion that Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman had killed journalist Jamal Khashoggi. Approves operation in Istanbul, Turkey to capture or kill.

According to the report, Jamal Khashoggi entered the Saudi embassy building but never left. After killing them, the body was dismembered and removed.

On the other hand, the Saudi Foreign Ministry has rejected the US investigation report, calling it a package of misrepresentations and lies.
