Lahore: National team all-rounder Shadab Khan will not participate in the first T20 International match against Zimbabwe. He was given the vice-captain’s responsibility for the series against Zimbabwe by the Pakistan Cricket Board.
But, he was not available for the one-day series due to injury being the first T20I player. He is not able to participate in T20.
Shadab Khan, who suffered an injury in his left leg before the series against Zimbabwe, was recovering. But his injury improved, but the management has decided to rest.
However, in the next two T20 matches of the series, Shadab Khan’s participation will be decided later.
It should be noted that Pakistan had defeated Zimbabwe 1-2 in the one-day series.
