In the last 24 hours, 39,171 tests were conducted out of which 2,972 tested positive. The positive covid case rate was 7.6%. After which the number of covid patients became 451,494, at present the number of active covid patients is 42,478.

A further 3,261 patients infected with the covid virus recovered within 24 hours. The total number of people recovering has reached 399,852.

According to NCOC, Sindh currently has the highest number of patients with 21080 cases. Since then, the covid virus has been diagnosed in 130,122 people in Punjab.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the number of confirmed cases of the covid virus has reached 54,021, while in Balochistan, the covid virus has been confirmed in 17,868 people.
