According to police, the accused called the woman and asked her to come and see the house which she was interested to take on rent. She came there along with her child.
As she entered the house, the accused took the child from her and locked him in a separate room. Then the three men gang-raped the lady.
After the assault, the victim went to the police station to register her complaint. Getting wind of that, the accused started hurling threats at her. They warned her if she pressed charges against them, they would kill her and her child.
