The European Union’s foreign ministry has acknowledged that Turkey played a key role in Azerbaijan’s conquest and Nagorno-Karabakh.

EU Foreign Minister Joseph Borrell says a balance between EU-Turkey relations is crucial.

He also said that Turkey is a regional power, Turkey has the solution to Syria, Libya, and Iraq.

Foreign Minister Joseph Borrell said that Turkey and the European Union do not agree on a solution to many problems.

He also said that Turkey has played an important role in the conquest of Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh.

Joseph Borrell said that Turkey is an external neighbor of the European Union and has an important role to play.

The EU Foreign Minister said that stability in the region could not be achieved without Turkey’s better relations with the EU.

He also said that the European Union will maintain its engagement policy with Turkey in 2021.
