The second wave of Covid has intensified across the country. According to the details, 50 deaths have been reported due to covid in the last 24 hours, while 3047 new cases have been reported, bringing the number of confirmed cases of corona in Pakistan to 432,327.
According to the latest figures from the National Command and Operations Center, 3,047 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours, including 125,897 in Punjab, 191,246 in Sindh, 51,172 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and 17 in Balochistan. 6,650 cases were reported in Gilgit-Baltistan, 4,770 in Islamabad, 34,014 in Islamabad, and 7,578 in Azad Kashmir.

So far 59,48,742 people have been tested across the country, 42,596 new tests have been done in the last 24 hours, so far 379,092 patients have recovered while the condition of 2,538 patients is critical.
On the other hand, the global epidemic Covid has affected more than 7717,000 people in the world and 1588348 deaths have occurred. In the world, 491.48 million Covid patients have been cured and more than 19.881 million are undergoing treatment.

The first 5 million cases traveled worldwide in 186 days. It took 43 days to get 10 million to 20 million cases. Another 10 million cases were reported in the next 38 days. The journey of 30 million to 40 million was completed in 31 days. It took 21 days for 40 million to 50 million cases to be reported. The last 10 million cases came to light in just 18 days. The first 100,000 deaths were reported in 89 days. On June 5, the death toll crossed 400,000. On August 20, the death toll rose to 800,000. It took 76 days for four lakh to eight lakh deaths. 800,000 to 1 million deaths occurred in 37 days. The next 200,000 deaths were reported in 35 days. The last 200,000 deaths occurred in just 24 days.
